Real Estate Transactions

A maximum of 6% of the selling price (excluding notary fees), with fees typically borne by the seller unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

Seasonal Rentals

A maximum of 25% of the gross rental amount collected by the agent on behalf of the owner when the reservation is made directly through Saint Barth Lifestyle, with fees borne by the owner.

A maximum of 15% of the gross rental amount as “agency fees,” with fees borne by the tenant.
